Fabulous Property

My family and I stayed at the Blue Heaven for my wife’s 50th birthday celebration. The property was wonderfully located and was perfect. We especially enjoyed the wrap-around porch. We’d definitely rent again.

Great place!!

Amazing in all respects. Clean!!! Quiet. Exquisitely furnished. Pool was awesome. Easy access to beautiful beach. All the beach equipment you need are supplied. Would certainly return!

Had a lot of issues

First night the air conditioning quit working in the upstairs and it was 81 degrees. Did not notice until that evening and I called and they sent someone out but it was very late by the time they got there after 9 pm. It was fixed, then we had problems with one of the window blinds that would not go down at all also could not turn down the volume on the tv remote and also one of the garage door remotes would not work. No one even reached out to us about all the problems we had. I will not stay with this property again( Lilmar Properties)

Beach Vacation

The house was very well equipped. Our only thought was that we would’ve brought less stuff if more was listed (for example there were 6 beach chairs, a canvas wagon, a pack and play and a high chair). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, huge amount of refrigerator space and ovens/range. We loved having a water cooler available and when we needed extra water it was delivered quickly. The beach access was close enough and never was crowded. The salt water pool was mostly shaded which was great for our 7 month grandson. It was tricky to bathe him in a shower. We discovered that we could use the kitchen sink for his bath on our last day. There even were bikes to use. One did seem to have a flat tire but we didn’t ask to have it fixed since we only needed 2 at a time. It was an easy drive to check out Jekyll Island too. We found lots of great restaurants. We would love to stay here again. It was a very relaxing spot.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family. The shaded pool was great. Just a short walk to the beach. The extras like ice maker, beverage drawers and an elevator made our stay easy. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fabulous beach house on East Beach.

Wonderful!

Blue Heaven is a gorgeous property with everything you need! Great location close to the beach and restaurants! The house has plenty of space for everyone and is well appointed with kitchen supplies, beach towels and beach supplies! We can’t wait to visit again!

Incredible Experience

We had an incredible experience staying at this property. The walk to the beach was not far at all. This location was convenient to food and shopping! The house itself was awesome. Beautifully decorated, tons of space, great parking, and very clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Property!

Our first trip to St. Simon's Island and it was wonderful. Beautiful home! Very comfortable furniture (including beds!), plenty of room, but the pool was the absolute best! Went for my granddaughter's 11th birthday and she never got out of it! Fully stocked kitchen was so great when cooking and the decks were so nice in the evening! The only thing that was a little different than expected was the walk to the beach. It's a little farther than we thought, and the beach access was a jungle path lol but not in a bad way. The walk through the dunes was a bit more than expected for sure, especially when trying to carry beach items for the day (another plus for the pool!) Other than that, this was one of the best vacations ever and my grandkids will never forget it!

Lovely home

The house is beautiful. Very clean and well kept. Beautiful pool. The kitchen is amazing! Everything a chef needs. Lovely cooling and warming drawers made it fun to cook and dine in. Our only issue was the constant rotation of maintenance people. Several just walked right in the backyard or in the garage while we were in our bathing suits and I thought someone was breaking in. The days listed that they come were not accurate. It made it very annoying so we didn't get much peace with the constant interruption and 8am lawn mower and leaf blowing. It's such a beautiful home just wish our privacy was respected more and a knock on the door would have been great before barging in.

The most welcoming place we have ever stayed in

First, the home is beautiful and fully equipped. The property management team is amazing; we had a surprise storm system with a power outage and they responded in moments. The most incredible part though was how obvious it was that the owners had thought about the guest experience and provided whatever they thought might make it better. For example, the surprise weather brought a sharp drop in temperature. Of the homes our family was using to gather together Blue Heaven was the only one that had extra bed blankets and throw rugs to keep us cozy. So incredibly kind.
