Welcome to 520 College Street – your perfect home away from home, just a 3-minute stroll to the beach! This charming corner lot home has all the character you’re looking for, complete with a classic picket fence and a cozy screened-in porch. Inside, the balance of modern comforts and southern charm creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout.

The main floor features a spacious master bedroom, offering a peaceful retreat, while upstairs you'll find three more bright and airy bedrooms – perfect for families or groups. The kitchen is newly renovated and ready for gathering, with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. The open, relaxed layout continues into the living and dining areas, making it easy to unwind or spend quality time together.

Step outside, and you’re just moments away from the beach, or take a quick walk to the village pier from the back door – no matter where you go, you’ll be glad to return to this lovely spot.
