Beautiful 3 bed - 3 bath home located in Village Oaks

Welcome to Casablanca. A beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath house located in the Village Oaks subdivision. From this neighborhood you are just a short walk to the Pier/Village area where you will find restaurants, shops, night life, oceanfront parks and the lighthouse. Casablanca is only 3/4 mile to the nearest beach access point.

With only 4 steps to get into the house, you will find all rooms on the first and only floor.

The living, dining and kitchen areas have the open concept where all family members or guests are all together in one large open area. You will love the ship-lap accent wall. Impeccable furniture and decor will WOW you throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully stocked and then some. The chefs in your party will love all the tools they have to work with. The living room has a decorative fireplace, wet bar and large flat panel TV to watch all the big games or your favorite movies. The dining room seats 6 and there are 4 more bar seats in the kitchen.

After a long day on the beaches or sightseeing the island's historical areas, the master bedroom with a king sized bed, en-suite bath and walk in shower awaits you. A large wall mounted TV to fall asleep to is mounted on the wall. The same attention to detail with fine furniture and tasteful decor awaits you in all the bedrooms.

The second bedroom has queen bedding, TV, a soaking tub and a walk in shower.

The last bedroom is also equipped with an en-suite bath with combo tub and shower.

Book Casablanca now. This one doesn't stay open very long. This is the vacation home you will want to come back to year after year.

LOW COUNTRY COASTAL VIBE

Exceeded expectation! Walk to village, Mellow Mushroom, convenience store. Drive to Harris Teeter. CUTE neighborhood with tree spirits to welcome you. 2 king BRs with en-suite baths, one with walk-in shower, one with separate tub + walk-in shower. Queen BR with common bath just outside BR with tub/shower combo. Soft but not too soft COMFY beds with plenty of pillows, summer weight blankets and down comforters. Kitchen beautifully appointed. Higher end small appliances. We did not cook a meal but appears to have any pot/pan you could need. Choice of 3 coffee makers: Cuisinart 14 cup, Keurig, Nespresso. Whether generously stocked with grounds & filters, K-cups, and Nespresso pods or just left by previous guests - we only need a few decaf cups for one of our party. Nicely appointed bar. BYOB. Full size laundry room with W/D. BYO detergent/softener. Beautiful front porch. Cozy back sitting area with propane grill. Driveway spaciously accommodates 3 car limit/contract. Backs to King Way. Gentle road noise NOT audible in house due to double pane windows. LOVE Saint Simons Island. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.
