Perfect Location

Everything was in walking distance or was a short drive. The scenery is absolutely lush with green vegetation. Side walks to stroll on and admire the sights of DT St Simons. The property itself offers beautiful landscape, pools, playground, and pond. The condo had everything we needed. I would suggest adding oven mittens in the kitchen. Other than that, we will book again.

OK. Don't book for business.

This place is fine. It needs some updating and handyman work. Nothing terrible, but I wouldn't stay again. The bigger problem is that both VRBO and the host refused to provide me a receipt for my stay. Both said it was the other's responsibility. So if you need a receipt for your stay, do not book this place through VRBO.

AC worked great, size was perfect for two, and we didn’t even use all the amenities offered. It was a wonderful property and stay, and we appreciate that cookware, coffee + fixings, and towels were all provided. Would recommend staying here to others.

Nice apartment

In town briefly for a conference. This little place worked great on a budget. Plenty of room for an individual or couple (or a 3rd if you've got a couch surfer). Nice porch and pool just down the stairs. I didn't try to cook anything so can't speak to the kitchen.

This was our first time in St Simon’s Island and this property worked great for us. Instructions for check in and other access were clear and accurate. Place was clean and comfortable. Proximity to town and beach was convenient. Owner communicated well and very responsive Overall a great stay

I expect to get what I paid for. We did not pay any sort of a discounted rate. We paid going rate for a one bedroom condo. This is a bare bones condo. Minimal kitchen amenities. No screen door on the balcony door wall, had to ask for one. No updates at all to this condo.Old flooring, old cupboards, old balcony door wall. Tile and tub in bathroom were spray painted with some sort of finish that dripped to cover who knows what! Living room furniture was very dirty. We had to cover it with a sheet to sit on it. Towels were threadbare and owner made an issue of saying he would charge extra if makeup found on linens. Had to ask owner to provide dishes for microwave safe or oven cooking. One dish towel provided. Paint trim chipped and wall paint was in horrible shape. Mostly touch ups over drywall repair. Very dark and dingy space.

Enjoyed my weekend stay

Booking, check in and location were all good. Condo was easy to find and everything was in order when I arrived. Kitchen had everything I needed, TV was easy to navigate, and overall a very comfortable place to spend the weekend. Location was near the pier shops. The best way to see the Island is by bike. I would recommend and stay at this condo again. The owner Dave was on top with communication.

Perfect Location

We will definitely stay here again. The host is thorough and very responsive and wants guests to enjoy their stay. The two-story condo complex is beautiful with a small lake, and lots of green space. It’s a short walk, bike or drive to the pier and a sprawling park with ancient live oaks, benches, walking and biking paths and a really cool playground. There’s also pickle ball and tennis courts and dog parks nearby. The entire area has wonderful beaches, many parks, historical museums, and great places to eat and fish.
