400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for modern accommodation right in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier village. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse. Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

My husband and I spent our Anniversary here and LOVED it. While it wasn’t ocean view, we were so close to many beach access options, and right by the village for food. I’ve gone to St. Simons since I was young, and for just 2 people, this was one of my favorite stays. The unit was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was a great size for some light cooking (we only ate breakfast and some lunches in). We didn’t spend time at the pool since it was smaller and typically had several guests filling it, but we prefer the beach anyways. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking for a long weekend getaway like us!

Very clean, nice size for a couple. Only complaint is the dresser in bedroom was too close to the bed to get my husband's wheelchair to his side of the bed which made it a little difficult getting him in & of bed as he is paralyzed on the left side. But everything else was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay! The size and location of the condo was perfect for the two of us. Everything was clean, updated, and comfortable. We walked to everything (beach, lighthouse, excellent restaurants, shops, pier, and welcome center)!! Also drove to other sites on the island and navigating the island was so easy! Will definitely be back!!!

Great location

This was my second time staying at this property. I love the short walk to the village, pier, and restaurants. I took my 10 year old son. We enjoyed the pool, getting ice cream, walking through the village, biking and walking to the ocean. You have to look at the tide chart if you are walking, but I love timing our ocean visits with the low tide. The property is next door to Mellow Mushroom which is food both my son and I could agree on. This trip we scheduled a guided catamaran trip with backwater tours. It was our highlight of the trip. The property is exactly as pictured, except for the picture of the proximity of the pool to the unit. The fist time we were on the first floor facing the pool, the second time we were on the second floor facing the pool. Both units were great. I love the layout of the unit, especially the kitchen.
