Great house in a great location

My wife, son and our dog were looking for an affordable place in SS with a good location. The house is walking distance to restaurants we wanted to be near, not too far from the beach etc. The house is spacious, clean and very roomy. The owner was great to work with. We would recommend this house to our friends.
