Welcome to Gascoigne # 48 located on the Southend of Saint Simons Island. The unit has everything you will need during your visit to Saint Simons. This three bedroom two and one half bath condo is just a short drive to the beach, shops, fishing pier, putt putt, historic lighthouse and many of the islands best restaurants.

There is a community pool steps away from this unit and a gym (not associated with the condo) but, does offer daily memberships.



Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night
