Make this island hideaway yours! This waterfront boutique complex condominium is located in Sunset Beach. This lovely ground-floor condo is pristine and perfectly located in between two waters and only one block away from the beautiful Sunset Beach.
The location is amazing and one of the best:
- Waterfront (you can go fishing on the private dock all day)
- 1 block away from the beach
- 1 car private parking and guest parking
- Very quiet condominium with very friendly neighbors
- Walking distance to Caddy’s and Ka’Tiki if you are looking for live music, drinks, food, and/or fun.
- Walking distance to Taco Bus, Sea Dog Brewery, Shrimpy’s, and a few more!
Fully furnished 1 bedroom/1 full bathroom w tub & shower. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. It has a full-size closet and a dresser. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare a nice meal.
The comfortable living area features a 65” flat screen TV, queen size sleeper sofa, and a futon.
Another flat-screen TV is in the bedroom.
Coin-operated washer/dryer on site.
Free Wi-fi and basic cable
The backyard is a great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning while watching some dolphins.
