The host was very welcoming and informative. The home was very clean upon arrival, and the amenities were satisfactory. The kayaks and paddle board were a nice surprise and we made use of them.

Our group of 8 loved the location. Each of the adult couples got a king sized bed which was big hit! Too chilly to use the pool but looked nice and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony! Check in was super easy and host was super fast to respond to text questions. Everything we needed was close by, we walked the beach and enjoyed the restaurants. We plan to visit again and will definitely look to stay here.

Super relaxing stay! Loved the pool. And seeing dolphins out in the bay in morning and evening ! The beds were comfy. Walking distance to beach and restaurants and an awesome claw arcade !!! Only minor hiccups along the way (pool light not working, no regular "extras" like condiments, bug spray, etc) but overall would recommend !!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is in a perfect location to bars and restaurants. This is our 2nd time staying in this rental. Some things are in need of an update, but overall, the place was beautiful again, and the management company was great at responding quickly with any questions or concerns we had. One problem with our stay was the pool was not heated! I had specifically messaged before our trip and asked if the pool would be heated and they said yes, that it would. The nights got down in the low 60's, so the sun during the day did not keep the pool warm at all. We could not use the pool because even the kids who normally would go in anything, said it was way too cold. Also, the air could not go down under 72. During the easy and at night while sleeping it was so hot in the unit.

Relaxing!!

Great open space, relaxing with plenty of sleeping options. Slept 9 comfortably. Great deck with views of inter coastal waterway. Many passing dolphins especially in the morning hours.

Spring Break trip with family and friends

The property was amazing. Clean inside and out. There was plenty of room for the party of 11 staying in our unit. The pool was large and there were plenty of lounge chairs for all. We saw dolphins daily and even had a manatee swim under our dock. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would definitely return.

Loved paddling out right from the backyard into the waterway. Only downsides were that the pool was cold and the house is a bit noisy (no rugs, and outside you are dependent upon nice neighbors in the other units).

Nice place but needs maintenance on appliances!

Washing machine would not drain and spin, coffee maker leaked all over floor, fridge crisper door broken and main door wouldn't close completely. The amount they charge for this property everything should be in working order, not all rusted and junked out!!

Reviewer Comments: Very much enjoyed our stay,very spacious ,view was amazing .lots of beach towels and beach toys,walking distance to beach,grocery ,Surf Style and Ice&Cream,kitchen could have used a few more things to make making breakfast and dinner easier and with cool temp hot tub or pool table would have been nice for my teens,seen a number of dolphins to my kids delight so that’s definitely a highlight as well as the boat Christmas parade that went right by the house!

Location was great between supermarket and nightlife close by. The biggest disappointment was the shower head in the master bathroom. Very weak pressure. Ended up only using tht shower once during my stay. Overall a beautiful house!

The Condo was great, accommodated all of us from the right amount of beds, bathrooms, and just space. Nothing was more relaxing hanging out on the patio off the condo whether it was drinking our morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail after sunset. The pool was very clean and perfect for morning/afternoon sunshine. The kayaks were amazing as we were 10 feet from 3 dolphins one morning! We would also take the bikes out multiple times a day to bike to Publix in a pinch, or just to the local beach a spot! 12/10 would recommend staying here!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice and walking distance to everything you could want. Spent the extra money to have a pool but that was a mistake. Property owner knew there was a problem with the filter and heater but we were told by the maintenance guy they didn’t want to fix it yet. Never had heat or proper circulation in the pool in our 7 day stay. Was very disappointing.

The condo has the combination of both a serene ambiance as well as an array of amenities. The condo is conveniently located near the beach, local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The condo itself is a haven of comfort and style. We enjoyed lounging in the spacious living area and balcony. We prepared meals in the fully equipped kitchen and unwound in our cozy bedrooms. The property boasts an impressive array of amenities. Every day we availed ourselves of the pool - which was perfect for cooling off after a day on the beach. The property management team was attentive and kept us updated on arrival times and other issues. Overall, we found the property to be a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and relaxation.
