Madeira Norte #503 - Great beach getaway at Madeira Norte #503! This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo is bright, open and a short walk to some of the most beautiful Florida beaches, heated swimming pool and John's Pass Village. Free Wifi. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The full kitchen contains microwave, coffeemaker and stocked with all utensils ready for your cooking needs! The living room has new furnishings, a large flat screen Smart television and leads to the outdoor balcony where you can soak in terrific Florida sun!

The master bedroom, with comfortable king sized bed, and television leads to a spotless bathroom. The second guestroom has two twin beds, and television (no cable), perfect for a family or party of four. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are always provided at SunHost resorts. Washer and dryer and free internet are included. This unit has NO telephone.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

Best Beach trip ever!

Madeira Norte was the perfect location, condo was clean, with awesome beach decor, we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise over the bay in the morning and listening to the live music in the evening. The beach was beautiful with soft, white sand, crystal clear water and a ton of sea shells. John’s Pass was so fun, had a lot of shops, and restaurants. We will for sure be back next summer!

Old Property, Nice Location

This place is across from John's Pass- nice location. Everything in the condo is old and could definitely use updating. It doesn't face the ocean, but has a good view of the intercoastal. From the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms to the family room, everything needs to be updated and painted. I don't believe it's dirty, just needs a facelift. I would stay in this building again but definitely not this unit.

Ideal Location, Great Value

When we first walked into the unit, I was a little concerned. Despite what appeared to be new ceramic in the main living area and kitchen, the bathrooms were in desperate need of updating and the overall decor was more than a little worn and dated. However, as the week went on, those details seemed unimportant in comparison to the pros of this location. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of towels for all of us. The view from the balcony is of Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk and we actually really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and listening to the entertainment from the Bamboo Grill right across the street. (We also strolled on over there a couple of times - staff, food, prices and entertainment made it hard to stay away!). The pool while small was always inviting as were the residents - someone always said 'good morning' and the people are all very social. I really enjoyed soaking up the sun, taking the periodic dip in the pool and returning to my lounger to read my book. Access to the beach was perfect and I have to say, we've stayed in a lot of places on the Gulf Coast, from Siesta Key to St. Pete to Treasure Island and this was our first time on Madeira, but it certainly won't be our last. For me, nothing soothes the soul more than walking along the beach and the sand on this beach, while shelly in places, was for the most part soft and not to hot to walk on - we loved it! Beyond Johns Pass, the comforts of the condo and the beach, Madeira Norte is ideally located for easy access to grocery, pharmacy, liquor and convenience stores and there are so many options for refreshments and/or dining, it's impossible to squeeze them all in, in one vacation. As an added hint, ask one of the residents down by the pool if they have any suggestions - they're a wealth of information!
