Awesome waterfront gated community located on the intracoastal Boca Ciega Waterway. This highly desirable condo is squeaky clean, new kitchen appliances, fully stocked with everything you will ever need and more! New ceramic floors throughout. Open dining / living room floor plan with guest sleeper sofa and 2 flat screen TV'S

Bright and airy 3rd floor (use elevator or stairs) overlooks amazing landscaped gardens with barbecue grills and picnic tables for you to enjoy. You will also enjoy our wonderful heated pool and boat dock along the waterway . A few steps away you can fish off our pier or just sit and watch the sunrise and our winged family dive for their breakfast! Next to the pool ,our club house offers a variety of fun. Pool table, small exercise room, sauna, even a library.

The social committee organizes many social gatherings and a few group trips. Here you can stay as busy or lay back as you choose . We also have a coin operated hand car wash! we are conveniently located, a short walk or drive to three beautiful beaches, Award Winning St. Pete beach, Famous Sun Set beach and Treasure Island. All have Tiki restaurants and bars with great music. You can take advantage of our free beach rides, tips only . Tennis courts next door. Nearby you can enjoy shopping, water sports, sight seeing, Lots of beach and city concerts and activities. 15 minutes down town (drive or trolley) St Petersburg, Galleries, Museums, antiquing and more restaurants and night life! Close driving distance to sports arenas , amusement parks and various points of interest. 30 min to St.Pete /Clearwater airport, 45 min. to Tampa International. The best compliment that we have received is "Our Guests" keep coming back again and again!

Fantastic "home" away from Home!

I was attracted by the on site marina and it didnt disappoint. A cozy apartment surrounded by tropical landscaping, a nice pool and the charming marina right on Boca Ciega Bay! I loved walking morning and evening or just sitting on the deck watching wildlife of all types (human AND animals!!) Everything is conveniently located and the property is extremely secure. GREAT SPOT!

I was sick during my stay so I spent a lot of time in the condo

Since I was sick during my stay, I spent a lot of time in the condo and found it small,nonetheless the owner was fabulous and very accommodating,she even had a phone installed so I could phone my mom every day & if I had not been so sick I probably wouldn’t have noticed the confines of the condo,as we would have spent very little time there, again the owner was bar none the best & please God when I go back in January I’ll be feeling better,condo very close to everything & gated community very safe and the people at the condo community we’re awesome.Again Joann was beyond fabulous.

Enjoyed my stay for the second time as I stayed before December 2020. Property owner was great and was there for my questiona or any issues during my stay. With location, was able to walk and bike to most local places in the area. would recommend this property to anyone enjoying St Pete Beach.

My partner and I loved our stay here. The space is compact and cozy, with plenty of light and all the essential amenities. We really enjoyed hanging by the pool, eating by the waterfront tables, and exploring the local beaches and restaurants. There is plenty to do here, and we’d come back any time. Our host was extremely accommodating, kept open communication as needed, and made sure we felt right at home.

Absolutely Spectacular

I LOVED my stay! The apartment is the perfect size for 1-3 folks and provides a lot of space but still has that cozy feeling. The complex itself is incredible. Beautifully landscaped and well kept, the pool is right on the water (I saw dolphins multiple times) and the folks that live at the complex are SO NICE. I made so many friends with folks that lived there year round, they have a special little community and I loved being apart of it. Joanna was great, she answered any questions I had and made sure I was prepared for my stay and always had great communication. I can’t recommend the place enough. Absolutely loved it!

Nice stay and enjoyed the time

Property is clean and condo was perfect for a single person like me. The scene by the water was surreal and peaceful especially at sunrise and at night. Condo location in the complex made for quiet nights and sleep. Biking and walkable area was nice.
