This property is family owned and run and they are lovely people. Matthew the owner was so friendly and helpful with restaurant and activity ideas and even sent a message on the date of arrival my room was ready at 11am instead of 4pm. The property itself is so pretty and clean and comfortable. I also met great people staying there and will definitely be back.

This place was the best! The owner Matthew personally met us and spent a lot of time talking about his property and all the area attractions! Being in the hotel business myself for over 40 years, I would highly recommended The Lofts for your stay in St.Pete Beach. The place was extremely clean, had a great location and was quiet and peaceful…but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants! Also, very clean heated pool!😎

Our stay at The Lofts was beyond excellent and exceeded our expectations. Our rooom was spacious and having a kitchenette was great, we appreciated the ground coffee and coffee maker. Parking was free and easy, the ice machine by the pool was very convenient and the water filtered. It's a lovely colorful property with a great heated pool and comfortable lawn chairs along with pool noodles and floats.

This place is a 10/10 in my book. Matthew and Marcela have a wonderful place with an eye on details and amenities. The pool was fantastic, the bathroom bedroom and kitchen were spotless and everything is new. The owners have a great knowledge of places to go for food, drinks, exercise and good times. Can’t recommend The Lofts enough. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Been coming to St. Pete Beach for 30 years! Favorite place we have ever stayed! Super clean, close to beach, great pool, rooms wonderful, walking distance to many restaurants and bars too!
