Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were overall very happy with our time at this rental. Indian Rocks Beach was a perfect location for relaxing and being able to jump in the car and get quickly to popular restaurants, shopping and beaches. The house was spotlessly clean and in a lovely neighborhood. The rental agency was easy to work with when we decided to extend our vacation. We would definitely stay there again.

Great!

We enjoyed our stay at this house! Everything was clean on the inside, if I were to change one thing it would just be that the outside patio is a little bit more well manicured but it’s probably just because it’s winter in Florida. But it was a great house! Great communication with management team!

Beautiful house and pool area

House is wonderful. Outside area wonderful. Pull out couches extremely uncomfortable!!! So really only sleep 6-8 adults. 3 bedrooms. Parking is sparse only 2 cars in the driveway and no street parking so be aware!! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool area hours and hours each day!!

Florida house with a pool

We liked the location, close enough to beaches, restaurants, etc. while being in a quiet neighborhood and having a private pool. The house was very nice and the kitchen looked to have just about every gadget and utensil you could need (although it only had salt and pepper). There was a good selection of beach stuff and other outdoor stuff to use as well. More than enough room both inside and out for a larger group than just the 2 of us. For what we wanted, the property was excellent and we would stay again.Since this property is through a rental agency, there are some additional steps/communications as part of the booking process/staying here. Nothing major, but a little more involved than other vrbo places we've stayed.

The property itself was good w/a large variety of small amenities we found nice, but the A/C found it impossible to reach the temperature they had set it at prior to our arrival. Most days it didn't get back to that temperature until after sunset, and sometimes not until after we had gone to bed, which made it extremely warm for us and difficult to try to get to sleep. We noticed this the 1st evening after arrival and reached out to have it checked, but didn't receive a reply back for multiple hours. At that point that evening, the outside temp had dropped considerably and the A/C had been working on bringing the temp down that entire time. When we did hear back, they only noted they could see remotely it had dropped 2 over those hours. This was enough for them to apparently believe everything was fine.On the 1st full day, the A/C again couldn't keep up and support was requested. When we heard back, thermostat pics were requested. Unclear why as they could see the temp remotely, but these were provided. We received a reply that someone would be by the next day. No one came by that next day or the next after that. On the 4th day of our stay an HVAC tech finally came by.In addition to intakes being double-filtered, he said that the system did not appear to be in a condition needed to keep up anymore, noting its age and that it appeared to be dying. If you don't mind, a warm night's sleep during the summer, this place is for you. Just don't expect great or timely support.

8/10 Good

The premises were a bit outdated. Lots of rust and mold in outdoor furniture.

Sleeper sofas were horrible. Outdoor space was tiny. This house is not close to a beach like advertised. They only gave two garbage bags and two rolls of toilet paper. For $3,000, I would expect more of both. This was not a good value at all. We will not be coming back.
