Welcome to your sun-soaked escape! This 3rd-floor (elevator) 1BR/1BA suite offers breathtaking bayfront views, a large private balcony, and resort-style amenities just minutes from the beach. Enjoy an unobstructed waterfront view from your oversized private balcony, where you can watch sunsets, dolphins, and boats daily.

***Please note:
The spa jets will be off until we can get the short in the wires repaired, hopefully early next week. We will not have to shut the pool down but there will be some construction that will have to be worked around. The spa remains open just no jets.

A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID, and verification selfie are required prior to arrival. This is mandatory. No in-person verification. No refunds for non-compliance.

PLEASE NOTE:
The dock is currently unfinished and is expected to be completed in early November, weather permitting.
For your safety, please be aware that the pool, spa, and pool deck are closed from dusk to dawn. A sign above the entry gate will read POOL CLOSED when the area is off-limits. If the sign is lit, the pool is closed, and guests should not enter. Anyone inside during closed hours will be asked to leave.
- The new dock installation will begin November 20th.
Boca Ciega - Pool Repairs
11/17 paver crew arrives morning, and 11/18 will complete electrical work by the end of the day. 11/19 inspection with Pinellas County, Once the inspection has been completed, the paver crew will return to fill the trench back in. Depending on what time the inspection with Pinellas County takes place, the trench will be filled either on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning.
