If you are looking for luxury, fancy, and perfect, this isn't your spot! If you are looking for clean and cozy, we got you! The desirable Beach Dr is 2 blocks away with St. Pete Pier a 15-min walk. Grab a bike 1 block away, ride into downtown St. Pete, where there are museums, shops, restaurants, movies, parks, and more!

The unit is located on a corner lot within a house that has other apartments. Your unit has a separate bath within the studio, with a door separated from the studio, and your own parking spot! The bed is a double bed with 2 drawers located beneath it, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, full size ironing board and iron, hair blow dryer, linens, extra blankets, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, mini cooler, and towels.
