Wonderful memories

We absolutely loved this beautiful condo. We travel a lot and it was one of the most beautiful we’ve stayed at. The only thing negative I could say, and it wasn’t their fault is sometimes you could smell the bird sanctuary while outside. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Lovely all around

We LOVED the condo. It was clean, spacious, updated, and included all the things our family would have expected. Beds were comfortable and the layout worked great for our family. Also there is a trolley that is super cute and our teens used to travel to beaches, restaurants and stores nearby. The beach at the condo was premier. Less populated than other beachfronts in the area and very clean. The weather was also a 10/10 for our stay.

Family vacation

Unit was nice but further from pier than I thought. Draw back was it was very hot inside unit and sign by thermostat said do not go below 72, it was cooler outside than inside also got questioned by pool about what unit I was staying at and asked my name by rude person

Fun. Great weather.

Unit was nice. Fairly priced. Adjacent bird sanctuary gave an oder with wind from south. Otherwise was entertaining. Pool area was huge. Rental manager was very responsive. One maintenance issue was resolved in reasonable time. We enjoyed our stay.

Welcome to the Bird Sanctuary

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mona the Property Manager saved the day!!! I talked to her the morning after we arrived re only 1 working shower. You could feel the Springs on the trundle beds so no one wanted to sleep there. The 3rd Bedroom was a really a Laundry room with a bed it in it. The birds from the Sanctuary were stinky and noisy. The kitchen garbage was not emptied when we got there. Beach access was wonderful. Morning beach walks were very enjoyable.

Very clean and modern, with all amenities. There is a gross pelican rescue thing right nextdoor that smells like sewage 24/7 and the infrastructure of the building isn't fantastic, but it's a nice condo. The shower in the master wouldn't get hot nor would it ever shut off completely, but it was livable. We were given the wrong entry code and spent 2 hours trying to fund a way into the building as we didn't get there until 11pm and the representative said she was off duty at 6, but we made it eventually. I would stay here again if I were in the area, no major complaints.

Seacove

Pros- beach was nice and property manager was very nice and helpful. Condo was large. Cons- location was disappointing, you can’t really walk anywhere but a few restaurants. When we were able to get into the condo- the floor had sand everywhere, the rug in living room did also. I had to go back thru and sweep and mop. There were old artificial nails on the window sill in the 3rd bedroom which is basically a laundry room. Definitely shouldn’t be advertised as a 3rd bedroom. The maintenance man came in to fix a clogged sink in the master bath and when he was done left sand and sink sludge and didn’t clean it up. The garage smelled SO bad- I’m not sure if it was because of the bird sanctuary or trash. Overall it was just ok. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice condo, great view, right on the beach!

The beds were very comfortable and the condo was well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The condo has been recently updated with very nice appliances, great showers, towels, TVs etc. The view of the ocean is amazing from the balcony. You can also see some pelicans at the bird sanctuary from the balcony. You can get to the beach easily by walking down stairs and through the gate. The parking is under the building, so not in the sun. There is also and elevator and carts to help you move in/out. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The grounds are pretty and the whole property felt very safe and secure. The beach is beautiful, soft white sand, clear water. The ocean water was so warm and calm. We found many cool seashells. I would rent this condo again, in a heartbeat.

I would say it comfortably sleeps 4-5 adults, but more if you have small children. Very safe environment, with codes to get on the beach and into the door where elevator and stairs are. The beach was great, not too many people!Property manager was super helpful and friendly.The only negative is the location. We were on the side and definitely able to see the beach from our 4th floor balcony, but we were next to a bird sanctuary that was pretty cool! Until about 3-5 in the morning. Sometimes they would wake us up, but only if you were sleeping in the master that was closest to the balcony. Later, I thought a fan would maybe drown out the noise. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars for everything;)

Great place for a great trip

I know for all you people out there planning a beach vacation that it is nice to know that this unit had a whole closet of beach equipment. Chairs, coolers, 2 umbrella shades, volleyball net, boogie boards and some sand toys. The unit is extremely close to the beach, just a flight of stair down to the parking level and right out to the beach. The pool was the perfect temp to be in all day long if you wanted to and there was a bathroom down a staircase on the parking level for the pool area. The grills down the pool level worked very well and they had 2 grills and a blackstone which we used multiple time that week. The whole complex has only one elevator which was slow so if you have to use an elevator consistently for mobility reasons I don't know if this unit would be a good choice. The bird sanctuary was very cool and it was very nice watching them from our balcony. There were just as many birds outside the actual cages using the surounding trees as there were in the habitats. The unit balcony was very protected from the wind which was actually a very pleasant suprise. We still had a nice breeze coming through but nothing like the front units directly facing the water. I wish they had a small coffee table out on the balacony, that would have been perfect. The unit is very spacious, living room feels huge, the master complex was awesome. We put our 5 and 8 year old in the little beds in the laundry room and it worked, but those bed are not comfortable for adults.
