The condo has a mold/musty issue so bad we kept the sliders open the entire time. We attempted to open the bedroom windows but one had broken glass covered with tape. The guest room toilet needs maintenance as it often would be stuck and not fill. The dishes in the cupboards had pieces of food on them. The instructions need updating as there wasn't any code needed for entry. The large slider was unlocked upon arrival. Our feet were black with dirt if we didn't wear our shoes. There were holes in drapery and blinds. The water temperature was barely warm. We had inquired about coffee pot and was told it was drip. We use Keurig at home so had to go buy ground coffee and filters. Upon arrival there was a Keurig in the condo. The recliner was very worn.

The property was exactly as advertised and the hosts were very good about staying in contact and responding to any concerns. The location was perfect, directly across the street from John’s Pass, giving us easy access to restaurants and shops without having to drive and pay for parking.

Well apportioned condo in great location

Nice condo with easy beach access and lots of activities around. Really appreciated the array of beach toys and chairs available for use as well as most every item you could need provided in the kitchen, including both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Would definitely stay here again
