Bright and Beautiful Bay to Beach. A Clearwater home where mermaids and sailors make memories.
Recently renovated 230 sq feet independent studio in Clearwater. The unit is close to multiple beaches including Clearwater Beach, Belleair beach, Honeymoon Island and Indian Rocks beach.
The studio is only 4.5 miles from Clearwater Beach. It is close to restaurants, bars, pubs, groceries stores, tourist attractions, local parks and more. Guests have access to the unit by an independent entrance, with independent driveway/parking spot and own private patio!
The space is equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water dispenser with cool and hot water. The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. The bed size is queen, shower and beach towels are available for guests. For your convenience, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, a small desk and chair are available for your enjoyment.
We welcome well behaved pets up to 50 lbs. The unit is not suitable for children younger than 12 years of age. The place is only suitable for a maximum of 2 guests. Smoking/vaping is only allowed on the street with a minimum of 20 feet distance from doors and windows. Parties or events are not allowed. No underage drinking allowed in the premises. Guest should not bring candles or any open flames into the unit.

Wonderful little place, close to everything! Short drive to the beach. Room was very clean, shower was amazing! Spring water, coffee, bathroom amenities all stocked in room. Really enjoyed our stay! Best part, it was around the corner from my daughter’s home so I could just walk to visit my grandson! Will definitely stay again!

This cute little place has almost all the accommodations you could need. Hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, Q-tips, cotton pads! The little kitchenette has a coffee maker and water dispenser. Only downside is sometimes you can hear people on the other side of the house at night. But overall I’d definitely stay at again!

Amazing studio apartment

We stayed here for a week while displaced by damage from hurricane Helene. The apartment is really nice, very well decorated and set up. There’s even a little screened seating area outside. Julia even provided food bowls, a heated cat bed and a scratching post for us. It’s small, but perfect for what we needed, while we cleaned out our home for hurricane remediation.

This is the cutest place to stay in Clearwater! Very clean and feels bigger than the pictures shown. Easy check in process. Host was very accommodating and can’t wait to come back to Florida soon!
