Soft daylight slips across the balconies as you step outside, the quiet breeze carrying the familiar scent of the Gulf. A short walk brings you to the shoreline, where the steady rhythm of the water sets an easy pace for the day. Back at the house, the calm of Indian Rocks Beach follows you indoors, blending with the space where you can rest, cook, or gather between beach outings.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms are arranged across the upper levels to give your group space and privacy. On the top floor, the Reef Room features a king Helix bed, a private balcony suited for sunset watching, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a water closet, along with a desk area. The Shell Room is also on the top floor with a king Helix bed, a 4K Smart TV, and room-darkening shades. Nearby, the Pink Reef Room includes a queen Helix bed and Twin Bunk Helix beds with a 4K Smart TV. On the second floor, the Oyster Room offers a queen Helix bed, a private balcony with seating, and a 4K Smart TV. Three full bathrooms - two on the top level and one on the main level - support the home.
Outdoor living
The heated saltwater pool (a modern low-chlorine system — no ocean water, no strong chlorine smell), sits among palm trees, creating a relaxing spot for breaks between beach outings. The patio includes an outdoor kitchen, a built-in gas grill, outdoor dining, accommodating 10 people, and a 75-inch outdoor TV. Balconies on multiple levels add quiet spaces to pause and enjoy the breeze. You will also be able to enjoy sunsets from the main floor, large balcony and pool area, as well as from and the main bedroom balcony. Sunrises can be enjoyed from the main floor bedroom balcony.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers space where you can prepare meals comfortably, and the dining table, for 10, seats your group together. A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor helps support remote work, and wifi extends throughout the home.
Indoor amenities
The living room also includes a 75-inch TV. The game room includes a sound system, pool table, Play Station 5, basketball game, and darts. Washer and dryer access, clothing storage, room-darkening shades, and essentials help streamline your stay. Families will find a crib, pack n play, high chair, children’s books and toys, and baby safety gates. Beach essentials are provided for time by the water. The home is pet-friendly.

Check-In Details: Once the above steps are completed, your check-in instructions will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival. If last minute booking, instructions are sent immediately upon completion.
🐾 Pet Owners: Include up to two dogs in booking so the pet fee is applied. Pick up and dispose of dog waste. No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture. No dog in the pool.
