No need to spend time deciding what to do here when you have your own private pool and putt putt course! Relax with the whole crew at this peaceful pool home, good vibes only.
The split plan 3 bedroom house gives plenty of space.
Kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor grill is able to have amazing pool days with the whole family.
Smart TV's, a large back porch for hanging out and playing games, plus a spacious backyard, fire pit and heated pool to enjoy a cocktail and unwind.
The Space:
The pool is heated at no charge to 83 degrees and can be increased for an additional charge. An inside laundry room adds to the convenience of this house. We do have an air-mattress available for you if you request to have more than 7 people.
Guest Access:
You will have complete access to the property with whatever group you reserved the house with. All guests attending must be on the reservation.

A friendly walkable family oriented neighborhood. There is a local sports bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Dunkin, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Chinese restaurant and the Pinellas bike trail all walkable distance from the home.
Getting Around:
There is a double wide driveway to park off the street.

Recently updated home in great location
Everything in the house is new. While Nathan is still putting finishing touches on things like landscaping he has done a great job making this a great home away from home. If I were to offer one suggestion to make the house perfect it would be to upgrade the size of the beds. A minimum of queen size is needed for adult couples. Aside from that everything was great.
