The inside is a wonderful, versatile space providing ample area for all of your needs and water views abound. All four bedrooms are upstairs with a spacious hall and reading nook. Beautiful wood floors, wood burning fireplace in the formal living room and a recently updated kitchen with a big island plus a dining table. Easy access to the screen covered pool from the family room, then a nice walk through the large yard to the dock. Enjoy dinner/drinks with friends and family. Attached, oversized 2 car garage. Enjoy sunsets on your dock while watching the dolphins swim around or hop onto your boat to the open bay and cruise to vibrant downtown St Pete. Enjoy long walks in this beautiful walking area.
