Beautiful 3bd 2ba POOL Home near 15-20 min from Clearwater FL

Beautiful home in Largo Florida about 15-20 Clearwater Beach. (15-20 min is the average time for us to get there. If you are going on a busy day it will take longer to get there due to traffic.) Take time home away to relax in the comfort of this vacation home and be at ease while you spend time with your family. Peaceful and centrally-located. This home has no neighbor behind it and direct private access to the Pinellas trail which offers miles and miles of uninterrupted biking and running. There is a delicious restaurant just a few blocks away called Latin Bowl. Pool is not heated or caged. Though we have weekly pool service on Tuesdays, we do get leaves falling in there daily. There are some pool toys and an outdoor shower available for use.

Though we offer whole house cooling/heating. Each bedroom also has it's own personal heating / cooling system for individual comfort.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

Very comfortable stay with access to Pinellas Trail

The property was very comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we needed. We enjoy riding our bikes and thoroughly enjoyed the access to the trail. Sokh was quickly responsive and worked to assure we had a great stay. We had no complaints. We stay in many VRBO properties and the Splash was one of the best! We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Cute oasis

Host was very easy to contact. Check in was really easy. Master bedroom is a good size as are the other bedrooms. Kitchen is a bit small but functional. Also equiped with eveything you need to make decent meals. Master bathroom is huge. Just wish they gave extra towels and makeup cloths. I had to do laundry daily so we had clean towels. There was a cleanliness issue, but I understand finding good help is difficult these days. I own a cleaning company so I'm sympathetic. Owner resolved the issue competently and quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. Even though the original ad said heated pool. There is no heating element. Yet the back yard has a privacy fence and feels like an oasis. Grill, firepit, quiet neighborhood. Drove by the Largo lights. There only 8 minutes away. Plenty of beaches within 20 min or less. Beds are very comfortable, right amount of pillows, soft blankets. Had a great time. This place made us feel right at home.

Perfect Family House

House was very nice, pool was amazing, fully equipped with everything you may need and possibly can think of. Clear water beach wasn't as close as expected (20 min drive) if you're looking for a place to bring your family I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home

We had a great time renting this home, it was well maintained the house was fully equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs & coolers to full operating kitchen, we would definitely be booking again . This is an awesome home close to all the beaches.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for a week and enjoyed all the luxuries of being in Florida. The pool was an absolute delight and the home was cozy and comfy. Felt like home away from home. The host is great at communicating and was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!
