The room was old but clean and quant. There was a festival going on and we could look out over the event and walk to it. We thought there was a pool to use but I feel was misinformed. I'm guessing the pool was at the condo's and not the hotel but we could walk to the beach and see the beautiful sunset. I would definitely go there again.

Bathroom floors dirty. Entry instructions not as clear as they could be. Same with Parking. Pillows are old. Beds okay. Lighting is dim. Shower leaks on floor. Room above water stains on bathroom. Price high for no front desk.

Very happy with our stay!

It was clean and the fridge, freezer, coffee maker and microwave worked great. There was warm water when we showered too. We were in the heart of town and parking was great too. We loved our stay!

Another wonderful stay at John's pass hotel

Pros This is the fourth time staying at John's pass hotel staff is always very polite and helpful rooms always clean and comfortable would highly recommend to my friends and family who plan to visit Madeira Beach Florida Cons my room was a double bed for (4) occupants and there was only one very small shampoo and cream rinse and soap there was less than a half a roll of toilet paper and no additional products available.. I made out fine because it was only two of us able to come on the trip .

Nice room

Free parking in garage on same level. Nice to park the car and be able to enjoy John’s pass with everything right there in walking distance including the beach. All stores and restaurants are open. The beach is 2 min walk under the bridge. Dolphins all around. Nice clean room

Our toilet was leaking around the base. We spoke with Mary and she sent the maintenance crew to repair it……or to bandaid it…..as the daughter of a plumber I wouldn’t have repaired it by placing caulk around the base, but no worries, it was a great stay for us. Would stay again.

We liked the location. Right in the middle of a lot of things to do, places to eat and shop. The only thing that we had a hard time with was at check-in. The email did not go threw and they finally after 3 calls sent the parking code by text. If that would have been done right away with the room information it would have been stress free.

They need to let you know that it is above the shops the signage is a bit hard to find in the evening we had to walk around for about 30 mins to find it. And there was only one wash cloth and 2 bath towels. But we got the cleaning crew in the morning to get us a set of towels so all was good

Found out 2 hours before check in this is no contact property . Which was fine but the parking needed more direction . Called the property office and person that answered could not direct me to the parking lot . I have landmark at John’s pass villages and she had no idea what I was saying . Had to refer back to our GPS. The property emailed a parking pass and then we had to figure out where the rooms were on the 3 rd floor . Better communication or instructions SHOULD be supplied . Not everyone lives in the area and visitors from out of town would have zero clue as how the John’s pass process works . Location is great ! Dining is amazing ! Trolley was helpful .

Closeness to John’s Pass shops, restaurants, beach and water activities. And neighborhood restaurants too. Remote check is ok and emails and texts are sent on a timely basis and if a problem arises the staff responds and resolves it). This is our second stay at the hotel. However it was a bit nosey for a short time in the early am with various trash pick ups. (which is out of the hotel’s control because it was from businesses near the hotel).
