"ABOUT THE HOME"

Located along the pristine gulf waters and just a short walk to Clearwater Beach you and your guests will love this brand new vacation home in a resort style community. Walk the promenade to our resort style pool as dolphins swim nearby in the channel. The Inter coastal backdrop feels like vacation as you relax in the heated pool/spa. With lounge chairs and dining tables the pool is a great spot to relax or cookout using one of the gas grills. When you stay in our home you will have amazing water views from 3 spacious balconies. As you enter the home you are treated by a large indoor/outdoor entertaining area. 16 ft sliding glass doors open to reveal a beautiful out door patio nestled against the water. An open and airy environment provides for enjoyable entertaining, a continuous theme of this Home. Upstairs the living room offers yet another relaxing indoor/outdoor space. More 16ft doors open to a large balcony, featuring a dining table for 10, where you and your guests can enjoy outdoor meals with direct views of the bay.

Master Suite- On the 3rd floor, the Master bedroom features a King bed, large master bathroom, a large private balcony, walk in closet, and 48" TV. See the best bay views in the home from this large and beautiful Master suite.

2nd Bedroom- The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, daybed(suitable for children), large closet, and 40" TV.

3rd bedroom- Features 2 queen beds, walk in closet, and 40" TV.


Downstairs Media/Bonus Room-
The Downstairs bonus room converts into a private sleeping area when utilizing the sofa conversion bed. 1 queen bed can be prepped and turned into comfortable sleeping arrangements for kids or larger groups. Please let us know if you'd like a bed in this room made for your arrival.

*The bonus room doubles as a home theater with a 70" TV. With the fire pit on it provides a great spot for entertaining.

Kitchen-
The large kitchen is fully stocked featuring custom cabinets, a large island, and silestone quartz counter tops making cooking and entertaining enjoyable for everyone. Every high end appliance including coffee Pot and Keurig.

Walking distance to almost all Clearwater beach attractions and less than 3 blocks to the main beach. Walk to beach, Pier 60, marina, restaurants, shopping and attractions! Bright water Blue is the newest luxury development on Clearwater Beach featuring multi-million dollar homes.

Cable and Internet are included as well as access to Netflix account. Smart Tv's allow for easy streaming service.
