Enjoy your next vacation in this nice & quiet condo. Centrally located on St. Pete Beach, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is just across the street from the beach and the Trade Winds Resort. Easily walk to the local Publix for groceries, restaurants, tourist shops, beach bars, etc. Property features a large dock on the inter-coastal waterway. It has a BBQ area. Lots of palm trees and two large pools. Features a full kitchen with separate dining area. 2nd bedroom is the Florida room with barn doors for added privacy, a double murphy bed and single futon for sleeping guests. Main bathroom is a full 3 piece with tub. Main bedroom features a queen size bed with 1/2 bath en suite & large walk in closet.
Enjoy FREE WiFi & cable tv. On site coin operated laundry machines are available for use.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a video-game console. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a fenced pool.

Vacation condo nice but .....

The property was very clean and comfortable in a good location. Items provided for use we’re of good standard and in good condition. There was something odd about this lease. The lease agreement was onerous and required me to not say to anyone I was renting. The owner said he told people I was a relative. The community friendly but lots of rules. It felt uncomfortable.
