Unit 303 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped modern kitchen along with a washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. Located on the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

Nice condo

Condo was nice and clean. Couch was stained but overall it was nice. Property really needs an update. Exercise room smells like mold.

Great Vacation Spot!

Great location, facility more good then great

Access to the beach is great, not far from anything that you will need, so overall a very good location. The property itself is older, and in some area's shows it's age. There is one smallish pool that with just a couple families with kids gets pretty crowded. Room was spacious for 3 of us, with two baths being very handy. Kitchen was spacious and included enough pots, pans and dishes to cook. So technically the place checks all the boxes for necessities, I just found everthing to be older and just good enough to get by.
