Gulf Front, Beautifully Renovated, Clean!

Many of our guests who have stayed in the area comment that ours is the best they have ever stayed in. The first thing you see as you enter the unit is a wide-open view of the sun sparkling on the Gulf of Mexico. This corner unit has recently been totally upgraded and refurbished with top of the line finishes. The Master bath was upgraded and re-done in the fall of 2016.

The unit is 1300 sq. Feet, 2 bedrooms 2 bath with awesome beach views. Our upgrades include travertine floors throughout, new custom built cabinets in the kitchen and baths with beautiful granite counter tops. The master shower was upgraded and remodeled in 2016. The unit is on the third floor, providing an eye level view of the horizon, it also overlooks the pool to the north.

You are just steps away from clean, uncrowded beaches. The gulf can be seen from the kitchen, dining room, living room, beach front master bedroom and balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a 47” flat screen H.D.T.V. With internet access including Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video. Wireless high speed internet throughout (the signal can even be used at the pool and on the beach), and there is a 32” flat screen H.D.T.V. In the master bedroom, and a 20' flat screen T.V. in the guest bedroom. All the comforts of home.

There are many activities to enjoy in the quiet city of Indian Rocks Beach, advertised as 'the safest beach in the world'. There is a running and bike trail located outside the building. A nature preserve and park are across the street, with many other city parks within walking distance, as well as baseball fields and a skateboard park. George C. McGough Nature Park is just over the bridge on Walsingham, where you can enjoy the Narrows Environmental Education Center, and feed aquatic turtles from the boardwalk.

Clearwater beach is five miles away offering marina's, fishing, dining, entertainment, shopping, and our local celebrity Winter the dolphin. Theme parks are a short drive to either Tampa or Orlando. You are minutes away from John's Pass, Treasure Island and St. Pete which offer restaurants, casino boat trips, jet ski rentals, fishing charters, parasailing and shopping.

You won’t need to go anywhere though, you can stay on site and relax in the heated pool or jacuzzi with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, hop in the sauna for a bit, or make use of the tennis courts and miles of clean and uncrowded beaches. We have the beach chairs and extras for your use.

A security guard is in the lobby in the evenings. A key is needed to enter the building and beach, providing additional security.

We will allow smoking, but only on the balcony if all the doors are kept closed. Sorry, no pets are allowed. We also have a strict four-person maximum occupancy in our unit.
