Relax in this fully updated two bedroom, two bath condo with an Intercostal view and direct access to your vehicle. King bed in master bedroom, two full beds in second bedroom. Condo comes equipped with 3 flat screen TV's, DVD and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. The unit has it's own wireless internet and has a dedicated phone for free long distance calling in U.S and Canada. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool and coin operated laundry room on each floor.

This quiet beach community is located half-way between Clearwater and St. Pete's Beach, only twenty minutes from Clearwater Airport and forty minutes from Tampa Airport. Walk to restaurants and shops, or laze in our private heated pool next to the beach. Easy access to Disney World (approx. 2 hrs.) and many other attractions. No smoking. No pets.
