Decent stay

A pretty typical tired beach rental. Furniture stained and nicked up. Appliances appeared pretty new but ice maker did not work. The rental company did come look at the ice maker quickly but never did reply as to when it would be operational; it was not during our stay. The patio furniture was very nice seating for four. All in our party found the beds comfortable. Parking is a challenge as only one spot is guaranteed with the second spot being a guest spot if one of the eleven spots is available. If you manage to get one do not move that car because they were all full the weekend I visited and I would expect that to be typical. The condo is in a great location on nice beach with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The pool and pool furniture were both in great shape. The outdoor barbecue’s look in good shape but I did not use them. The check in time is four o’clock, to me four o'clock is simple to much of the first day wasted so for that and because the place was just adequate not great I will try a different rental next time.
