Charming private pool home located near the beach

Enjoy your evenings under a picturesque gas fire pit overlooking your heated private gated pool. This lovely 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home offers all the amenities including washer and dryer and is just minutes from Madeira beach by car or Uber/Lyft. This well kept, clean home will make you feel comfortable every day of your stay. Sleeps up to 8 including 3 separate bedrooms and a futon. Please note, our pool heater is set at 85% year round for a comfortable swimming experience.
The space
Cozy and clean, we offer such amenities as cable tv and streaming services. Kitchen amenities including plates, glasses, silverware and keurig coffee.We also offer soaps, shampoo's and conditioners. We have plenty of pool towels as well for you to enjoy the great benefit of you own private pool. Our bedding is very comfortable and always with clean sheets. Also, we have a washer and dryer on site for you to clean your own laundry if you wish. We have outdoor seating and gas fire pit along with a barbecue grill for home grilling.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. A Smart TV comes with cable channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washer/dryer, and a fenced private yard.
