**Villa Madeira pool is now open! Pool area bathrooms are still being repaired from Hurricane Helene damage. There are also repairs being done in the parking garage and patio area.
The exterior of the building is currently being repainted in a beautiful shade of blue.

Nestled in Madeira Beach, this delightful condo boasts 3 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed with a twin pullout trundle. With 2 full bathrooms, the primary with updated shower, second bathroom with shower/tub combo, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Over 1100 square feet of living space provides ample room for all. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Beachfront screened in balcony provides plenty of seating and stunning views of the white sands of Madeira Beach and the Gulf. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax and watch the sunset! The balcony closet contains items such as beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, TONS of sand toys, an umbrella, pool floaties and pool noodles, frisbees and more so you can hit the beach upon arrival!

This condo is newly updated and comes fully equipped for all your needs. Kitchen has all large appliances, along with a drip coffee pot and a Keurig, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, air fryer, and more. There is plenty of seating for meals with a dining table for 6 and counter seating for 4.

Outside amenities include a heated pool with plenty of seating and an outdoor patio/picnic area.

I’ve been staying at Villa Madeira for YEARS and this was by far my favorite room. Not only did they have absolutely everything you’d need for a perfect beach day ( chairs, umbrellas, toys, boards ) they also had a fully stocked kitchen with a portable highchair. The property manager is also amazing and was so helpful. Already planning our next stay!!!

Beautiful Unit, Property still under construction

We loved the unit: clean, updated, beautifully decorated, well stocked with all essentials, and loved the under the building parking. The balcony is wonderful, although the screen distorts the view a bit. The only other odd thing was the 3rd bedroom doesn't have a window. Eric was great at communicating and the check-in and out process was smooth and easy. After booking the unit several months ago, the property was sold. The new owners were amazing at communicating and extremely helpful with the rebooking process. The only problem was, prior to the sale, the listing was not accurate. Due to the previous hurricane, the property is still undergoing a large amount of construction. The workers were polite and that wasn't much of an issue. It was neat to see how much was accomplished in the 4 days we were there. The problem was, we were unaware until 2 weeks prior to the trip that the pool was out of commission as repairs to it hadn't even begun. This was not the new owners' fault as they had been told that everyone was aware. I only realized it because I looked back at the listing to see what type of coffee pot was there. We were very disappointed as we like to hit the beach and then cool off at the pool before heading to clean up for dinner. That was the fault of the previous owner, though. A year from now this wouldn't matter, but for anyone looking to book in the next month or two, you'll want to keep that under consideration, and it is now in the listing.

Great condo and location! We were a short walk from John’s Pass and only a few steps to the beach each day, so lots to do and see. The condo suited our group with comfy beds and a large dining area for meals. Great communication with the owner as well as the property manager!

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay! The condo had everything we needed to have a great beach vacation. Plenty of toys, chairs, and umbrellas to use. The condo was very clean and welcoming and comfortable. Location was perfect too! Close to the grocery stores, mini golf, John's Pass and so much more! Again, it was an amazing stay and we can't wait to go back!

NO POOL SINCE HURRICANE IN OCTOBER 2024

NO FUNCTIONAL POOL as of March 2025. I chose location in January due to pool photos and description. Condo development is an active construction zone, being painted, pool is mostly empty with some dirty rain water at the bottom, no patio area, and has wood in place of windows in the lobby. Contacted owner at check in about pool. Per owner, since the hurricane (October 2024), “the whole area is pool less.” Contacted Vrbo after check out to let them know about inaccurate listing. Listing still has a pool in description and photos. Location was easy walk out to beach. Clean. Look for any reviews of this place since hurricane in October 2024 for updated status of building/pool. Disappointed kids.

The condo was very nice and cozy. We loved sitting out on the balcony listening and watching the waves come in. The location felt safe. The only thing we didn’t like was the boardwalk was a little further than we thought.

Amazing location

Absolute paradise!

This condo really did live up to expectations and was just as gorgeous as it appeared in the photos. It was very clean, amazing views, very well stocked with everything we needed and Eric, the caretaker, was brilliant for looking after us when we had questions etc. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough and we would definitely book it again.

A Beautiful Place to Stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for 4 teens and two adults. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels. It was an easy walk to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful. The beach never felt crowded. There are several options of places to eat that are in walking distance. Caddy's was a favorite. John's Pass is very close with many options for eating and shopping.

Wonderful stay!!

This is the place to stay! This unit has everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is stocked with all basic items, as well as items I wouldn’t have expected like an air fryer. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The location can’t be beat, with many restaurants and attractions close by. The unit is stocked with anything you would ever want for the beach, from umbrellas, to beach chairs, to towels, to beach toys for the kids. Eric was great to communicate with and was able to answer the questions that we had. I would recommend this place to anybody coming to Madeira beach and would absolutely stay here again.

Fun vacation

As advertised. Easy beach access. Unlike many other rentals we have stayed at, this one provided enough garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent for the week. It also had newer chairs and umbrellas for the beach! The sliding doors could be updated so the A/C didn’t have to work so hard.

Awesome location

This was our first time at Madeira Beach and we loved it. The unit was perfect location to the beach since we had our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren with us. They loved the pool too! The unit was very clean and well stocked with paper products and such. Eric, the property manager was great and easy to contact. There were also plenty of beach towels,chairs, and sand toys. We also drove to Disney for a day since it’s only 2 hours away!
