The rooms and view were great. Everything was clean, washer and dryer were nice to have. People in the building were nice, the beach is fabulous. We had a nice experience. But ... ... the plumbing fixtures were difficult to shut off, we had to reset one of the stovetop burners to complete cooking a dinner, and the kitchen utensils (knives especially) need replacement.

Great place

Condo is right on the beach. Gorgeous view. Perfect for the 4 of us. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with what we needed as we cooked a lot. Everything was in working order. Property manager was very responsive. They are still working on repairs on the pool from the hurricanes but I would stay there again even without it.

Great location.

The unit is a little bit old, but suited our needs. Not too much equipment in the kitchen if you're trying to cook. Also, it was a little bit much with all the codes, but I guess that just means more security. The views were great and the location was great. Better patio furniture would have been wonderful, tall seats so you don't have to look through the slats on the rail. All in all it was a good deal and for what you got and we were happy with our stay.

Relaxing and beautiful location

Place was perfect for our anniversary getaway. A few things we noticed in areas that could use some TLC but other then that it was a great place and love the ocean views.

amazing beach

The beach access, view and the beach itself were amazing. We really enjoyed it. The condo could def have been cleaner and it def needs updating...but we really enjoyed the priximity to the beach and would stay here again despite the shape the condo is in. A big hole in the wall on the patio and a broken drawer and not real clean were the biggest issues. The keypad for the lobby needs work and we took the stairs many times instead of fighting the keypad...but we got some cardio in.

Disappointed

Cleanliness: -Film & Dust all over. -Mold & Mildew in both bathrooms. (Dirty) -No Pots & Pans for the Kitchen. -Ceilings and Ceiling Fans caked with dust & soot, could be mold. -Bathroom Drawers had hair in them. -Paint Chipping from Walls & Doors -Water Damage around the vents and Light fixtures. -Furniture was worn out and should be replaced. If you would like pictures sent, I can provide them.

Great Location for So Many Activities

Beach, pool, walking, cycling, groceries and supplies, shopping, downtown, Gulfport, Spring Training ball, St. Pete's Pier and much more. So easy to access so many activities. It's hard not to enjoy yourself at this location. The condo was well equipped and the management team very prompt and helpful. I hope I get the opportunity to come back another time.

Could have been cleaner….updated……

-Found ants in silverware drawer. -Vertical blinds missing/falling off. Found 1 under the bed. Very old. - Electrical plate fell off wall when I tried to plug in iron. -Pot and strainer had grease caked on. -Peeling paint in bathroom. -A lot of dust under couch. **Loved the size of condo and location. Would stay at property again, but this unit needs some TLC. -Just felt the cleaning was sub-par when we arrived. Smelled cleaning products as we walked in, but as we looked around. They should hire new cleaning crew.
