This vacation property presents a relaxing beach cottage feel, but with all the amenities of a luxury hotel, including a heated oceanfront pool and spa, an indoor hot tub that looks out to the beach, and saunas with private steam rooms. The living area features a cozy wrap-around couch, complemented by endless ocean views. The bright and spacious well-equipped kitchen is complete with an adjoining breakfast nook and all the appliances needed to prepare delicious meals that you can later enjoy in the delightfully appointed dining area with seating for six.

The main suite enjoys an impressive king bed highlighted by splashes of color. The adjoining main bath boasts dual vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom features a king bed with a direct view of the Intracoastal and the third bedroom includes a queen bed and a relaxing reading corner. The second full bath contains a shower/tub combination, accessible from both the second and third bedrooms.

Sand Key is a peaceful paradise nestled just south of Clearwater Beach. It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This community is ideally located and close to literally everything: downtown Clearwater & Largo, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses, and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the free Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

This complex is a non-smoking facility. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.
As Crescent Beach Club has a 14-day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 14 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the home for a minimum term of fourteen (14) consecutive days. Reservations are set for two-week minimum periods throughout the year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
