A pleasant stay!

Enjoyed my stay - the apartment was clean and spacious, and supplied with necessities such as laundry detergent, paper towels, even batteries for the remotes. The neighborhood was safe, and the area was well-kept. This was the upper floor of a two-story house, and the stairs were a little steep but safe. There were a couple of minor issues, such as the fact that we couldn't open most of the windows since they had no screens, and the coffee maker was in sad shape - but we were instructed to buy a new one, for which we were reimbursed. All in all, a pleasant place to be!

Good but a few problems

We arrived to find part of the ceiling in the laundry room had fallen down. I alerted management and asked that they do the repair work after we left. There seemed to be no heat in the unit. There were no written instructions on how to operate things and what to do with the garbage. The entry stairs were a disaster waiting to happen. There was no light at the top and the wooden steps needed rubber treads to prevent slipping. Beds were comfortable and furniture was new and pleasant. TVs were very good. Kitchen was adequate - frig was a good size. Minimal silver and dishware. Convenient and quiet location. Would give it a 7 out of 10.

Great property but listed wrong

Upstairs apartment was as nice as the pictures show. Clean and well stocked. Soft beds. Lots of TV channels. Parking. Nice kitchen. Would recommend having a light for staircase up to unit. Overall great place to stay. Location of unit was not listed properly which was an inconvenience to say the least. It has since been corrected.

My sister and I stayed here, the place was beautifully decorated, it was clean and very comfortable. The property manager was very accessible and accommodating. I would love to stay here again. In the advertising definitely make it known that the unit is upstairs, that is very important to know for seniors. It was a struggle for us to get our luggage up and down the stairs.

Wonderful place in Perfect Location!

Clean and cute property with private access & plenty of parking! In great location, less than 10 min drive to downtown and 15 to the best beaches! Everything was very clean, beach chairs, towels, soap, party games, and detergent all provided. Refrigerator doesn’t work that well, had to put everything in the freezer but all in all couldn’t of asked for a better place!! Will be recommending to all my friends & hopefully can book again to make more great memories in this beautiful home!
