It was ok. Smoke alarm battery was disconnected when we arrived, only 3 chairs on the balcony, difficult to use the kitchen table and chairs due to the tight setting of the kitchen. No instructions for TV usage.

The place was very nice! Right across from beautiful beaches! A lot of restaurants in walking distance. The pool was very nice and really warm even swam when it was in the 50s. The condo was very clean and we had plenty of room for our family of 4! The balcony was nice with a great view of the bay and the manatees daily! The place was very safe and great for families. Had a nice tennis courtFor tennis or pickleball and they provide items needed for that and the large shuffleboard court which we enjoyed as well! Thank you for a great stay!

Loved the balcony. It needs New porch furniture. 2 chairs are in need of replacement. They are dry rotting. Other wise we loved it. Hope to stay again next year.

St Pete on the bay

The property was lovely, very clean, and close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops, etc! My youngest also loved the pool access, and we all enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water. Would stay here again, and would recommend!!

Great stay where the manatees play!

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, right across the street from the beach and beautiful views of the bay. We loved watching the manatees every day. We look forward to a return visit here!

Sunrise. Where Manatees Play!

Property is as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Loved the water views, saw manatees each evening and dolphins visited the last night of our stay. Beach just across the street. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This place was perfect!

Beautiful location. Short walk to the beach. We are arched manatees play from the balcony. Everyone was really friendly, from staff to other renters. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Wonderful Location!

This was our first stay at this resort/condo. The location was perfect. The beachfront, restaurants, and shopping were all within walking distance, which we loved. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful views of the Intercoastal Waterway from our balcony, not to mention, the daily visits from the manatees were a treat! We are already planning for our vacation here next year. Thank you for the hospitality!
