Pros: Close to beach Comfortable bed Clean Great communication with property manager Ample parking Cool 50’s decor, nice floors Less expensive than name brand hotels Property manager let us park our vehicle on site for full day after checkoutCons: Cannot flush toilet paper!!!!!! Subject to 300 dollar plumbing fee if you do and it clogs the system. This should have been in listing. Only one set of towels provided for a week stay. Ridiculous as towels don’t dry fully in one day. I’d suggest bringing your own if you stay more than a couple days. No towel racks or hooks outside of shower to hang towels to dry, no shelf space in bathroom for toothbrush et al. No stove top in kitchen Insufficient kitchen utensils if you plan to actually use it for meal prep and serving No laundry capability on site (I knew this in advance though)I’d normally give a lower rating due to the significant cons, especially the no flushing of toilet paper. But the pros brought my rating up to an average.
