This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfectly located just minutes from the water. The property offers with a fenced backyard featuring patio, perfect for relaxing or entertaining under the shade of oak trees. There’s a small BBQ on the patio as well

Located just 17 minutes to Clearwater beach, 5 miles from Indian Rocks Beach, 3 miles from Largo Mall and 3 miles from Walsingham Park.

The home was renovated in 2018/2019, including updated windows, roof (2018), air conditioner (2025), electrical, and plumbing. The split floor plan provides privacy, with the primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a bathroom and shower and a newly expanded walk-in closet.
