This property was exactly as promised. Beautiful views of the bay and the gulf from the two balconies. The amenities that are offered included use of beach/pool towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was lovely. The folks at the check-in desk were welcoming and helpful, especially Angela and Mario. Very nice view of the bay from the condo's patio, and a beach view from the private balcony for Room 801 that was outside of the room. A bit disappointed that one of the bedrooms did not have a window, but that was ok. Would have been perfect if Avalon had a way to transport guests close to the water, perhaps with a 4 wheeler. The beach is steps away, but getting close to the water is a bit further. We tried a cart to transport chairs, but it was easier to carry chairs than pull the cart on the fluffy sand. Overall, a great place. I would stay there again. We also met people who had stayed there several times. That says a lot for Avalon.

The reception staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful! Betty and the other gentleman, I don't remember his name, were there the day we checked in. The private balcony gave us beautiful views of the sunset. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean when we arrived. The pool bar had a wide selection of drinks, the gym was great for a quick workout and the building overall was well maintained. The extra bonus of checking out beach chairs, towels and umbrellas was extremely useful. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience! We would definitely come back!

The weather was not corporative and it was hard with our two littles because of not being able to go to the beach. The pool was great and location was accurate. Desk service was great.

The Staff managing the complex offered excellent service. Property was constantly being cleaned by them. Property did not have a view of the ocean, but did have a view of the lake.

We loved our stay at Avalon in Clearwater! The 2 bed 2 bath condo was perfect for our needs over 3 nights. Every morning we enjoyed sunrise views overlooking the intercoastal waterway from the on-suite balcony. The sunset views of the gulf from the private balcony just across the hall were breathtaking.

Primary complaint was very noisy. Walls were paper, thin you could hear everything in adjacent suites and in the hallway. Cleaning people were incredibly noisy early in the morning. So much so we had to complain to the front desk. When we asked the cleaning people if they could be a little quieter they literally propped the door to the suite they were cleaning open and turned the music up even louder. Crazy!!! Front desk people were great!!! Great location too. If you’re a sound sleeper you’ll be fine.

Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Great location. Layout of the building is so weird, it has wasted space which could have been expanded condos. Hence the weirdness of our room with a "private" detached balcony. I had no idea what that was until we saw it. The only way to see the gulf. Also weird when you are sitting their in your underwear and the neighbors are walking by! Also, neighbors were using it one day, so not real "private". The 200 a day "incidental" hold is ridiculous.

Perfect stay

This property was very clean. The staff was so friendly and it’s 1/2 mile from the strip so easily walkable. Being slightly off the strip was worth it, because the beach wasn’t nearly as crowded.
