Treat yourself to this cozy 2 bedroom ranch home with modern decor & newly remodeled (2022). 2 Blocks from the beach (5 min walk), 1 block from the popular Sweet Brewnette Cafe and other fabulous restaurants & bars, also walking distance for family fun at John's Pass Village & Boardwalk! Short drive to Publix, Target & other shopping.
Enjoy your day in the warm gulf waters, watch the magnificent sunsets and then retreat back to your private home away from the noisy crowds or venture out. Just have fun & enjoy!
The two bedrooms both have new premium quality Queen beds, and share a center bathroom area with a walk-in shower. The full kitchen includes all kitchenware, appliances, microwave, full-size refrigerator as well as coffee maker & blender.

The ranch is complete with high-speed WiFi Internet service, flat screen TV, washer & dryer, with street parking. Stay for a week or a month!
Cleaning procedures are implemented for every arrival including disinfection of all commonly handled surfaces & washing of all linens/ towels.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You will be charged $500.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor.

Reorganization of any kind or moving of furniture, moving any of our decor items, moving wall hangings, or redecorating of any type within our vacation home is not permitted. This is our personal home that we have opened for our guests and that we have decorated with our possessions.
Most guests are more than happy to leave the rental property in the same condition they found it but the few who don’t, are the main reason why we must say this.

Great location and cute house!

We've been coming down to the area for over 20 years and was weary being this was a new rental. But we were not disappointed. Cute house. Walking distance to Brewnette coffee shop, Caddys on the beach and of course, the gulf. The beds were hard but we adjusted. The shower water wasn't as warm as we'd like but I'd still give it 5 stars. Thanks for offering your home on VRBO

Awesome home and location!!

We loved our stay here. Dede was a great host and answered our questions in a timely manner. The beach is within a 5-minute walk and the home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Sunsets are magnificent!! Clean and newer finishings. GREAT LOCATION!!! One thing to note…the mattresses are very hard something we aren’t used to but may be okay for some. We adjusted to it. Cute decor…comfy living room furniture…nice kitchen. Check it out!!

Other than the beds being extremely hard, it was a very good experience. Maybe investing in a couple memory foam toppers would be a good idea.

Excellent location in a great beach town

Dede was a great host, super cute place, great location, perfect place for a small family, kitchen had everything I needed, both beds were super firm which isn’t what I prefer but some people do, I would definitely stay there again!
