Close to beaches

Overall, the stay was fairly okay. Unfortunately, the home definitely needs some work. There were many baseboard missing, holes in the walls, and not necessarily the most clean. There was also turf nailed into the wall in a few places to cover up the garage door, which was strange. Pluses about the home are that it was fairly close to St Pete Beach and some other beach access (15 mins), plus the downtown St Pete Beach Area. Host was kind and easy to communicate with. Home definitely should get some reno before more guests stay.

Blues trip

Little bit of a fixer upper, but worked out well for 3 old hippie ladies. Location great for us for the blues festival at Vinoy Park, so uber trips were piece of cake. Host Brandon was on the ball --- attentive and quick to responses. Thx for a fun 3 days!
