NEWLY remodeled 1bed 1 bath with Granite Kitchens and Marble Bathroom. NEW central A/C. Private attached carport with entry and private fenced back yard with a beautiful lake behind! Wildlife everywhere! Turtles and Ducks walk around like they own the place!!! Pets are welcome. One block from the Pinellas trail so take one of our bikes for a ride! Walk down to a Micro Brewery and Garden or enjoy Mexican cuisine right next door!

The stay was amazing. Roy is a top-notch guest host and he will go above and beyond to make sure everything that you need you will have ! I will always stay when I'm in this area with him amazing place atmosphere location to the beach it's just a phenomenal spot to come to .

Host Roy has an unbeatable combination. What you see is not what you get - YOU GET MORE! Nature lover? Down the street. Like to ride a bike on a protected trail? Roy has bikes for you to use - leave yours at home. Beach? 2/6 miles away. Foodie? Take your pick of ethnicity because its nearby. Peaceful and quiet? Check! Comfortable? Check! Safe? Check! Put your car in the car port - yeah, a covered carport. You'll love Host Roy's place. You can't do better on any value scale. It's spectacular. You'll love Largo and you'll love your stay.
