Kurztrip nach SPO

Die Wohnung ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt geeignet. Die Lage ist super und mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man sowohl die Strandbrücke als auch den Hundestrand ganz schnell. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage, hier konnten wir alles unterstellen.Uns hat das innenliegende Badezimmer nicht so gut gefallen, die Lüftung ist extrem laut und wird irgendwann nervig. Die Auflagen für die Liegen waren ziemlich muffig, benutzt haben wir sie deshalb nicht. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, die Küche bietet eine Grundausrüstung, wenn man wirklich kochen möchte, braucht es etwas mehr. Wenn man mit Kindern reist, könnte das Durchgangszimmer eventuell schwierig sein, wir waren zu zweit und hatten deshalb kein Problem damit. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung empfehlen.

Wetter großartig, Wohnung angenehm,aber entweder der Vermieter oder die Agentur können mit den Online-Gästekarten nicht umgehen.Da ich keine Karte erhalten habe,musste der Strandzugang extra gezahlt werden!

Lage perfekt, Eisenofen perfekt. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft leider muffig und schimmelt vor sich hin! Bad mieft am meisten. Sofa sollte man sich eher auch nicht drauf setzen.

Es war Alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Zimmeraufteilung (man erreicht das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett nur durch das Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett!) war für unsere „Gruppe“ nicht optimal - da muss man sich erst dran gewöhnen. Eine Kontaktaufnahme zur Agentur war nicht notwendig, es wurde alles durch die Vermieter geregelt (daher nur 3Sterne). Ansonsten: Lage hervorragend, sehr hundefreundlich und super-sauber

Nordseeurlaub 2024 mit Familie und Omama!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage: Der Bäcker und Supermarkt sind nur wenige Gehminuten bzw. Fahrminuten entfernt, was unglaublich praktisch war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über FeWo war ebenfalls vorbildlich – schnell, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Selbst die Bauarbeiten im Garten störten uns nicht. Die Bauarbeiter waren so freundlich, dass wir bei einer Tasse Kaffee sogar ein paar tolle Ausflugstipps bekamen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Zeit in SPO mit Fewo in bester Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war top, gute Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Schöne Einrichtung inkl. einer schönen Terrasse, die wir leider wegen dem unbeständigen Wetter nicht so nutzen konnten... vielen Dank auch, dass unsere Havaneser-Hunde mitkommen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zeit mit der Familie

Wir waren mit 5 Personen und Hund in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war ideal für Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund..... Den Deich direkt vor der Tür. Einen tollen Spielplatz in Geh - Entfernung und auch der Strand ist mit einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Selbst meine Enkel (3 und 5 Jahre) konnten die Strecken ohne Probleme laufen..... In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken und alle haben den Aufenthalt genossen

Gepflegte FeWo direkt am Deich in Ording. Tolle Lage, allerdings abends Autoverkehr auf Terrasse hörbar. Aber dafür ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung Deich 11 SPO

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, die Betten und die restlichen Möbel (außer die Küche) waren neu. Leider war die Ferienwohnung aber sehr feucht und roch auch so. Der Teppich und die Couch rochen nach nassem Hund. Die Ausstattung der Küche war in Ordnung, wirkte aber zusammengewürfelt und älter, der Herd und der Kühlschrank waren sehr sauber. Uns haben Infos zu Ausflugmöglichkeiten, der Wohnung oder Bedienungsanleitungen o.Ä., wie wir es aus anderen Ferienwohnungen oder -Häusern kennen, gefehlt. Das WLAN_Passwort haben wir leider nicht gefunden. Das Schloss der Wohnungtür sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden, denn es klemmt so sehr, dass wir den Schlüssel nur mit Gewalt rein und wieder rausbekommen haben. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt, der nah gelegene Strand hat es aber wieder rausgerissen.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in der Wohnung. Von außen wirkt das Haus als, aber die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und neu hell eingerichtet. Schöne Beleuchtung wenig Nippes. Das Durchgangszimmer ist nicht ganz optimal, zumal die Türen sehr quietschen, aber es geht. Ein Duschvorhang wäre schön. ;) Auf der Terrasse steht abends herrlich die Sonne.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, dazu eine schöne geschützte Sonnenterasse, eine gemütliche Küchenecke, genug Schlafplätze, anständige Ausstattung - und ist in absolut perfekter Lage. Nur die Check-out-Zeit dürfte gern eine Stunde später sein. Alles andere war toll.
