Holiday enjoyment in the dream house. Exclusively equipped holiday house half "Droemhus" with 4 rooms and about 82qm on 2 levels (ground floor, ground floor) for up to 6 people. Quiet location in a play street in the district Dorf in St. Peter-Ording. The Droemhus offers everything for your perfect dream holiday. Living room with large corner sofa for 6 people, large TV (Sat, 46 inches) with MediaPlayer and XBOX360 with Kinect, a controller and game collection. Direct exit to the sunny south-facing terrace with garden furniture for 6 persons and beach chair. Open kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and DeLonghi Nespresso capsule coffee machine with milk frother. 1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200 cm, high quality mattresses from Bugatti), wardrobe, TV (satellite) and window with fly screen. Second Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200 cm, quality mattresses from Bugatti), wardrobe and window with fly screen. Third Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200 cm, high quality mattresses from Bugatti) and wardrobe. The windows in the bedrooms can be darkened. 1. Bathroom (shower room) with floor-level rain shower, toilet, hair dryer and natural light. Second Bathroom (bath) with bathtub with shower handpiece, toilet, underfloor heating, hair dryer and natural light. Hallway with mirror and wardrobe in the entrance area. Licht und Schatten

+ geschmackvolle Einrichtung + drei vollwertige Doppelbetten mit je 1 Kleiderschrank + ruhige Lage (Sackgasse) - Dusche/Wanne ohne Abtrennung- daher musste man sehr aufpassen, nicht alles nass zu machen - Pfannen (2) ohne Deckel und Billigschrott - Kaffemaschine defekt - Beleuchtung Bad teilw. Defekt - für 6 Personen nur 1 Parkplatz am Haus ( der 2. gehört zur anderen Doppelhaushälfte) - obwohl das Haus mit 5 Sternen beworben wird, werden für Hand- und Duschtücher 10,- EUR je Garnitur erhoben - die „Krönung“: Morgens um 8,00 Uhr erschienen auf einmal unangemeldet drei Gärtner auf dem Grundstück, die mit Motorsense und Laubbläser einen Höllenlärm verursachten. Unser Hinweis, sie sollten später wieder kommen , wurde ebenso ingnoriert wie eine Mail zur Geräuschbelästigung an die Eidelstedter Verwaltung im Nachgang. Für den Preis m.E. zu viele Minuspunkte

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist Top, jedoch war das Geschirr dreckig und der Geschirrspüler mit erheblichen Mängeln. Insgesamt trotzdem eine gute Bewertung.

Idyllisches, voll ausgestattetes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Rewe und mehrere Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist komplett und hochwertig ausgestattet. Lediglich die Spülmaschine hat die besten Tage hinter sich 😉

Schönes Haus in St. Peter

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für 2 Paare. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen. Das Neubaugebiet ist ruhig. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Tolle Umgebung und gute Ausstattung, leider etwas eng

Wir sind mit vier Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern verreist. Der Garten ist groß genug und hat ein Tor zur Auffahrt, welches praktisch ist. Spielgeräte draußen gibt es nicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah gelegen und auch zu den Stränden kommt man schnell mit dem Rad. Für uns war das Haus etwas zu eng. Die Küche hat keinen Stauraum für Lebensmittel, diese kann man in der Waschküche lagern. Küche und Waschküche sowie alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Es gibt einen Tischgrill, keinen Grill im Garten. Die Bäder waren sauber und reichten völlig aus! Stauraum war hier ausreichend vorhanden. Fön ebenfalls vorhanden. Unser Manko: Die Babybetten hatten nur begrenzt Platz in den Schlafzimmern. Sie standen zwischen Bett und Schrank, sodass diese blockiert waren. Außerdem fehlte uns eine Wickelmöglichkeit (diese wurde aber auch nicht explizit versprochen- also unser Problem). Die Treppe konnte nicht gesichert werden. Ein Kinderhochstuhl war vorhanden und in Ordnung. Plus: es sind Spiele und Spielesammlungen sowie eine Xbox und ein Smart-TV vorhanden, mit dem man z.B. auch YouTube oder Amazon Prime schauen kann, wenn man einen Account hat. Die Kleiderschränke waren sehr geräumig und die Betten waren super.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub an der Nordsee

Ein sehr schönes Objekt in einem Top-Zustand mit einer ausgezeichneten Ausstattung. Das Haus ist zwar in Randlage aber es ist alles gut erreichbar.
