In a central but quiet location near the market square in the village in St. Peter-Ording. All shops and restaurants of the Dorfstraße are easily accessible. It is only five minutes to the dike. Living room with sofa (2-3 persons), 2 armchairs, woodburning stove, SMART TV (Sat), BluRay player, stereo compact system with Bluetooth and dining table for 6 people. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Philips Senseo Pad coffee machine. Direct access to the furnished garden terrace with beach chair and west exposure. Study with desk, wing chair and books. 1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm, box spring), SMART-TV (sat), wardrobe, chair and table. Second Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm, box spring), large shelf at the head, small sound system, armchair and wardrobe. Third Bedroom with single bed (100x200cm, box spring), small sound system, recliner, table and wardrobe. This bedroom is semi-open like a gallery. All bedroom windows have fly screens. 1. Bathroom (shower room) with floor-level shower, toilet, towel warmer, daylight and hair dryer. Second Bathroom (shower room) with floor-level shower, two sinks, toilet, towel warmer, daylight and hair dryer. Hall with wardrobe, mirror and shoe in the entrance area.
