All shops and restaurants of the spa center are within walking distance. Enjoy your vacation with two balconies.

Living room with large corner sofa for 2-4 persons, 2 armchairs, large TV (cable), Sony Playstation 3, stereo compact system (with Bluetooth) and dining table with 5 chairs. From the living room a staircase leads to the 2nd Bedroom. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the southwest with views of the Kurwäldchen. Open kitchen with hob with 2 burners, microwave with grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer and De Longhi Nespresso capsule coffee machine. No oven.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), armchair, valet and wardrobe. Direct access to the small balcony to the northeast.
Second Bedroom (gallery, half open to the living room) with double bed (2x 90x200cm), Herrendiener wardrobe, large TV (cable) and two cozy compartments for reading and resting.

Sehr gute Lage. Großzügige Wohnung. Was unseren Aufenthalt mit Kindern deutlich verschlechtert hat war die mangelnde Möglichkeit einer Verdunkelung. Im Zimmer zur Straße hin leutet selbst nachts die Straßenlaterne herein. Ein Vorhang der verdunkelt wäre hier das mindeste. Der Balkon ist mir einer anderen Partei geteilt und nur durch einen Blumenkasten getrennt. Das war auf den Bildern so nicht ersichtlich. Die Lage ist ruhig und man ist schnell bei der Erlebnispromenade.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Alles sehr schön, Tiefgarage sehr eng. Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll ausgestattet. Lage top, wenige Minuten zu Fuß nach Ortsteil Bad, ca. 10 Minuten bis Ortsteil Dorf. Internetverbindung leider sehr schwankend und nicht sehr zuverlässig. Zimmer sehr schön, geräumig. Stauraum im Bad überschaubar.
