In the basement of the middle entrance there is a communal sauna with relaxation room, various showers, foot baths, WC. Changing room, solarium, gym, table tennis. Outside there is a playground for the little ones, parking space, bike racks and a beautifully landscaped garden area surrounded by grassland.
