In summer: our guests can travel carefree and completely flexibly in the Upper Engadine during their stay with the Engadin Bus, the St. Moritz local bus, the PostBus or the Rhaetian Railway. And that between Maloja - Cinuos-chel and Spinas as far as Alp Grüm (1 May to 31 October). Ski passes can also be purchased at special prices during the winter season via the "Snow Deal" offer from the Upper Engadin mountain railways.

Cosy 3-room flat (3* star superior comfort flat, approx. 64 m2) on the 1st floor of the chalet "Haus am See" with unobstructed lake and mountain views, modern and tastefully furnished.

Bedroom 1: two single beds (box spring beds) 90x200cm, the bed can also be set up as a double bed 180x200 cm, two bedside tables with bedside lamps and a built-in Swiss stone pine wardrobe offers plenty of storage space, blackout curtains. Bedroom 2: Double bed with box spring beds, the bed can be set up as a double bed 180x200cm or as two single beds 90x200. Two wardrobes, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a cot with mattress and sheet and a high chair (Tripp Trapp) available on request, blackout curtains. Bathroom: toilet, shower, washbasin with mirror, built-in hairdryer. Entrance area: open wardrobe, sideboard with documents, books, games; waste disposal station.

House and outdoor area:
You live in a chalet that was built in 1928 and has been left in its original style. In summer we offer a garden seating area with a tent and barbecue facilities for shared use. Everything you need is available: Garden table and chairs for 6 people, deckchairs, children's sledges. An outdoor car park is included in the rent. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for shared use.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz ski areas invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
