Considering I had booked a budget single room and was expecting a small box room I was blown away . Nice sized double room breakfast included amazing value..the staff were lovely the girls in reception particularly helpful.. would definitely stay again

My husband and I had a great 4days here. The staff were helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was lovely if a little warm in the area. The outdoor pool was very handy as two of the days were really warm. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay there again as we have family in the area.

A comfortable base for exploring the island.

A peaceful location near to beautiful coastal walks and beaches. Convenient for both the airport and St Peter Port (by bus, or walking if you are reasonably fit). Clean and comfortable room and bathroom, plentiful supplies for making tea/coffee. Good value for B&B (breakfast cooked to order) and quite extensive menu for evening meals. I enjoyed my short spring break here, so much so that I've already booked for next year!
Vehicles drive slowly in Guernsey, so country roads are safe for walking.
Petit Bot bay, about a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Good weekend break

Overall very good impression. Service and food were very good. Good value for money.Room was a little bit tired with furniture worn, curtain pelmet detached and bathroom floor missing some grouting. Staff all very friendly and efficient.

Breakfast offered a wide range of cereals, fruit, full English cooked breakfast, fish. Excellent coffee machine and toaster, all served in a spacious and comfortable dining room and the staff were all very helpful.

Unfortunately the hotel is getting tired. The bed and bedroom were past their best. We got the stunning view of the kitchen roof, and when working it's smells. The bar is one for locals, and has meat raffles, well attended, raffle over, it's empty. We only ate once there, enough said. There's better (recorded by locals) in a short walk. Shame really, could be a great place.

A one night staycation for a couple. Have stayed here several times….lovely room, service, restaurant and food choice / quality and cost is excellent. We enjoy the facilities which includes a beautiful pool and jacuzzi / hot tub. Breakfast is always a lovely choice. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed except for a fridge, although the staff allowed me to use the hotel fridge. The location was quiet and good for walking. Breakfast was good except there were no mushrooms which you can usually have with a full English. The outstanding feature was that I did not get overcharged for having a single room. Great base for a walking holiday on a beautiful island.
