We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the area. We saw several spectacular sunsets from the pool area. And we really enjoyed Coral Estates. All three restaurants are wonderful. We also had the suggested chef from the villa concierge and this meal was wonderful.And we looked at staying at Coral Estates to be closer to the northern beaches and this location was perfect.We were disappointed with: - The villa has a main house and secondary house. While the main house had very hot water, the secondary house had just lukewarm water. We later found out that the back house is not plumbed for hot water. Thus while the house is listed as 2 bath, it does not accurately convey that only one has hot water.- We have stayed in several open air places throughout the Caribbean and were not concerned about the lack of air conditioning in the main area. And the house is well designed to capitalize on the trade winds with lots of windows. However, after a beach day and shower we wanted HVAC in the bedroom for rest before dinner. we texted the management to bypass the programming which only allows use at night (knowing there is 35 charge per day for this) and nothing was done. Please also note that it’s not disclosed that the owners have programmed the thermostat to only cool to 71F. - The house has a pool. In every VRBO or ABNB we have stayed with a pool, pool towels are complementary. This is not the case with this Villa.
