This gorgeous villa is unique at Coral Estate Rentals! Kas ku Playa means 'House with beach', and this is exactly what makes this villa special; you will have your own private beach!
Imagine spending your vacation in this beautiful mansion, you will not be disappointed. The villa has a spacious living room, and the inside becomes one with the outside terrace because of the roller blinds. The view of the Caribbean Sea never gets boring.
The terrace is perfect for relaxing in the lounge set, one of the sun beds or daydreaming in the infinity pool. Ambitious intentions? The pool is big enough to exercise in. Next to the pool is an outside shower. Through a staircase, you walk onto your (man-made) private beach. There is a palapa (an open space with a roof of dried palm leaves), a hammock and sun beds. From the pier, you can enter the sea. On this level, you'll find a beach bar so a cold drink is never far away.
When you drive up the lane, you immediately see the spacious set-up of this villa. Before you enter the villa, you'll find one guest room with a bathroom separately located from the villa. Upon entering the main house, you will see the connected gallery with two bedrooms with a bed- and a bathroom each. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
In the mansion are two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. When you open the curtains in the morning, you'll enjoy the magnificent view and realise you're not still dreaming. One of the bedrooms has a flat-screen television. The living room has a tv as well.
The kitchen has a cooking island with an American refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. In the scullery are a washer and dryer. The villa has a split level which makes the living room very spacious due to the high ceiling.

Perfect place to relax with family.
Our group was here 1/13-1/20. The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. We used the bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house, all of which were well appointed and very comfortable. There is air conditioning only in the bedrooms, but if you open the house up and use all the fans, it is comfortable, at least in January. There is no fan in the kitchen, which can be very hot to work in.
While there were all the kitchen tools and machines you would need, be aware that they are all in Dutch, so as an American trying to run the dishwasher, that had a big amusement factor.
A good hint about this property, bring ALL the supplies you might need to cook, clean and bathe. There will be no dishwashing soap, no scrubber, no seasonings or condiments for food, no coffee and not enough paper towels or TP for a weeks stay. Glad we brought down extra garbage bags

The location of the house is good.
There were several problems with this house no AC in the living room, kitchen, and dining room and it was very hot and very uncomfortable.
Not enough towels, and toiletries compared to the size of the house.
They charge extra $$ if you request for extra towels.
They don’t have a portable grill if you want to barbecue, but they will charge you to rent a grill.
For the amount of money you pay to rent this house the grill should be part of the amenities.

Spectacular!
The house design was perfect for our large family gathering for adults. The views were breathtaking and ample space for family dinners and games as well as outdoor lounging. However, it was the Coral Estates staff at every level that was spectacular - very responsive for every need. The best customer service I have ever experienced.
